Information collected automatically: like most websites, we receive standard technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are helpful.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to appointment requests, answer questions, verify insurance benefits, send appointment reminders you have agreed to, improve our website and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

AI Smile Concierge

Our on-site assistant uses an AI model to answer general questions about our services, hours and policies. Please do not enter sensitive health details, Social Security numbers or payment information into the chat. Conversations are processed to generate a reply and are not used to diagnose or treat any condition. The concierge is not a substitute for an exam with our dentist.

Online forms

Appointment and patient forms are hosted by Jotform, a third-party form provider configured with encryption in transit. Submissions are delivered only to our office team.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may request to know what personal information we have collected about them, request deletion, and request correction, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep under dental-board and medical record laws.
